Anees, who learned English from Rachel, is a wonderful person and community organizer from Rafah who has often focused on healing and support for the children and families who suffer from the PTSD and trauma of the occupation. This song is about the history of the Caterpillar Corporations complicity in war and occupation and the powerful life of Rachel Corrie who was murdered by the Israeli occupation when she was purposefully ran over with a Caterpillar vehicle made in the US while trying to protect a Palestinian doctor's home from being illegally demolished by the occupation. Rachel Corrie was a member of the International Solidarity Movement, a westerner who came to Palestine to bear witness and seek accountability for the atrocities and violence of the US-backed Israeli occupation of Palestinian land.Originally appeared on the "Back to the Future" album.
